A: You can make a reservation for a bounce house by contacting us through our calendly link, or by phone at 925-905-6424. We will ask you for some basic information, such as the date, time, location, and duration of your event, as well as the type of bounce house you are looking to rent. We will then confirm the availability and price of your rental, and send you a contract to sign and return.

Q: How much does it cost to rent a bounce house?

A: The cost of renting a bounce house depends on several factors, such as the size, style, and features of the bounce house, the length of the rental period, the delivery and setup fees, and the location of your event. We offer competitive and affordable prices for our bounce houses, and we also have discounts and packages for multiple rentals and repeat customers. Q: Is a deposit required to rent?

A: Yes, 25% of the total cost of the rental. 

Q: What are the safety rules for using a bounce house?

A: • Do not exceed the maximum capacity and weight limit of the bounce house.

    • Do not wear shoes, glasses, jewelry, or any sharp or loose objects inside the bounce house.

    • Do not eat, drink, or chew gum inside the bounce house.

    • Do not bounce near the entrance or exit of the bounce house, or push or shove other users.

    • Do not use the bounce house in bad weather conditions, such as rain, wind, or lightning.

Q: What are the requirements for setting up a bounce house?

A: To set up a bounce house, you need to have a flat, level, and clean area that is large enough to accommodate the bounce house and its accessories, such as the blower, stakes, and cords. You also need to have a reliable power source within 50 feet of the bounce house, or a generator if there is no power available. We will deliver, set up, and take down the bounce house for you, and we will also inspect and sanitize the bounce house before and after each use.

Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my bounce house rental?

A: We have a 72-hour cancellation policy, which means that you can cancel your rental without any penalty if you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery time. If you cancel within 72 hours of your delivery time, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee which will stay on file for one year and go towards a future rental if you chose to reschedule.

Q: What types of bounce houses do you have?

A: We have a wide range of bounce houses to suit your needs and preferences. We have bounce houses of different sizes, shapes, and colors, as well as bounce houses with various features, such as slides, obstacles, basketball hoops, and water elements. Q: How long can I rent a bounce house for?

A: The standard rental period for a bounce house is 4 hours, but you can also rent a bounce house for longer periods, such as 6 hours, 8 hours, or overnight. The price of the rental will vary depending on the length of the rental period, the type of bounce house, and the location of your event. You can contact us for a custom quote, or use our online booking system to check the availability and price of your desired bounce house.

Q: What method of payment do you take?

A: We take Venmo or Cash. If paying cash we ask that you have the exact amount as our drivers do not carry change. The balance is due at the time of delivery.
